If you’re new to Pilates or are getting back into movement, let’s bring it back to basics. Mat Pilates is simple and effective, executing classic movements at a slow steady pace. This allows your body to become familiar with the style and requires minimal to no equipment. Mari and Christina will ease you into the movement but will also ensure you get that burn!
Once you’re comfortable and familiar with the Pilates burn, you might be ready to turn things up a notch. This is where Cardio Pilates comes in! This style consists of movements that are done at a faster pace, often with more layers to increase intensity. Don’t be intimidated by the term â€˜cardioâ€™, we promise this style still has the moves you know and love, just with a bit more spice.
We have 2 styles waiting for you in app! The first is Barre Pilates, fusing together yoga, Pilates and ballet into one full body session. Helping you strengthen and work your entire body and ups the intensity by keeping you consistently moving from one movement to another. We recommend Cardio Barre for the best introduction to Kika’s Barre Pilates.
The second style is Power Pilates, is a fusion of strength and Pilates to give you that extra burn. Expect longer holds, more controlled movements and variations to take your flow to the next level. Give Leo’s Power Pilates Burner a go for the ultimate burn.
Our 6-week Barre Burn Pilates program is for you! Led my Kika, these PT-style workouts designed to help Pilates people level up & develop a routine. Choose from 1 – 5 sessions per week, pause, repeat or swap your workouts. Barre Burn is a Pilates program on your terms.
From bump to baby we have a Pilates flow to support & empower you. Our KICBUMP prenatal Pilates sessions, contain the benefits of a typical standard Pilates class, with a focus on pregnancy safe movements to support your growing bump, and all of the amazing changes your body is going through during this time!
