The KIC SQUAD Faves Challenge

Designed by you, for you. Get ready for 4 weeks of community favourite workouts!

In this challenge you’ll be getting to workout with so many of our incredible KIC trainers. From Pilates, to Strength, to Bootcamp, you’re in for a treat.

This challenge is all about YOU and you will be spicing up your workout routine with 16 of our community’s favourite workouts.

Ready to see what’s in store? Here’s the workout schedule:

 

When it comes to equipment, to complete the challenge workouts you’ll need:

  • Mat
  • Kettlebell
  • Dumbbells
  • Medicine Ball
  • Mini Band
  • Resistance Bands
  • Skipping Rope
  • Box / Bench
  • Pilates Ball
  • Yoga Block

HOWEVER…. Don’t fret if you don’t have these on hand! Here are our at home alternatives:

  • Use a towel or a carpeted surface instead of a mat.
  • Grab some water bottles or cans instead of dumbbells.
  • Use a tub of washing detergent or another heavy item lying around instead of a kettlebell or medicine ball.
  • You can simply complete the exercise without the mini band or resistance band.
  • Sub in some high knees or jogging on the spot if you don’t have a skipping rope;
  • Use your couch or a chair in place of a bench.
  • Find a small pillow or roll up a small towel in place of a pilates ball.
  • Grab a book on the thicker side to act as a yoga block.
