Together we’ll smash out three 20 minute workouts per week, including Danny’s brand new workout style Super HIIT! This is your challenge, go at your own pace! Our HIIT Master Brooke is dropping her tempo low, slow & steady with the release of her brand new workout style, Low Impact! If jump squats and burpees aren’t for you, you’re going to love Brooke’s new workouts. Although they’re low impact, you’ll definitely feel the burn! 

NEW STYLE: Cardio Pilates with Christina

Cardio Pilates is BACK, this time Christina will be cranking up the intensity dial to help you really break a sweat. Get ready to strengthen, lengthen and boost those endorphins with these brand new Cardio Pilates flows set to drop in app this March.

We understand the complexities of allergens and dietary requirements and we’re on a mission to create simple, delicious and healthy recipes for EVERYONE to enjoy. Many of you asked for IBS-friendly recipes, so we’ve worked with our expert dietitian, Liv Morrison to release a series of delicious dishes just for you, coming to the Recipe Hub soon!
