Christina has developed 10 brand new classes to help you build, strengthen and tone your muscles and leave you glowing inside and out. Using little to no equipment, these classes can be done anywhere at anytime.
The best thing about these sessions is that they take the traditional strengthening and stabilising movements of a traditional pilates class and combine them with movements to get that heart rate up!
This is the ultimate workout style for those looking for a slightly lower impact workout which still lets you work up a sweat and allow you the chance to focus on improving your posture, strength and form. It’s seriously a goodie!

Ballet Burpees with Laura (Equipment Free)

Get your groove on with this full body cardio Pilates session. Work those abs, chuck a leg and lengthen those muscles with this dance-inspired flow!
Standing Ovation

You’ll deserve a standing ovation after completing this fiery standing abs session. 20 minutes of fast-paced movements, but you control the pace, speed things up or slow it down to suit you. Never tried standing abs? You’ll be surprised how much it burns!

Pulse your way through a series of shoulder, tricep, bicep burners! Go light on the weights, we’re talking 2kg max. Trust us by the end you’ll seriously feel the burn! Don’t have weights? Don’t sweat! Just grab some tinned cans.

Work your obliques with a sequence that will challenge your core and test your coordination! Brace your shoulders and sweat through a series of planks. Topped off with a bridge booty burner to finish.

Resistance Band
Get ready to feel the burn with this fiery cardio session with Christina! Get your resistance band ready and tackle glute bridges, squats and all things in between.
Lunge Lover
Mini Band
Grab your mat and get ready to push and pulse yourself through a series of squats and resistance training. Focusing on your lower body with a side of arms!
