Meet Leo, KIC’s New Bootcamp Master Trainer!

Get ready to KIC’ it, Bootcamp style! A brand new Masterclass series combining two of our favourite workouts – HIIT & Strength, led by our newest Master Trainer and ultimate hype guy, Leo! Are you ready to join us in the yellow room to get sweaty? But first, let’s get to know Leo… 

1. Describe yourself in three words:

Energetic, loving, strong! 

2. How did you build a career in the health & fitness space?

I started to build my career when I realised I could use my story to help empower others to become fitter, happier and healthier versions of themselves. 

3. Why do love doing what you do?

I love seeing people grow, make break throughs and feel safe within a fitness environment. 

4. What do you love about KIC?

I’ve seen the community and love just how warm everyone is – I’m a true believer that fitness should be warm and inviting and that’s what KIC is about. 

5. What are you most excited to bring to the KIC table?

I’m excited to bring something totally new to the KIC community. I hope people feel challenged by encouraged to push themselves further in my classes. 

6. What does 'healthy' look like to you?

It’s so much more than just an image. Healthy is about feeling comfortable in the skin you’re in and feeling happy in yourself.  

7. How would you describe your workout style with KIC?


8. If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?

Jerk chicken & rice.
