Absolutely, the KICRUN Club is for every body fortunate to be able to run! No matter how long it’s been, our 0-5km program is made for you. Laura will in your ear, cheering you on with motivational cues as you gradually build up your stamina and strength.
Whether your goal is to run 5, 10 or 21km, each challenge consists of 3 runs per week to help you safely and confidently cross your finish line in just 8 weeks.
But we’re all about running your way! So if you miss a run, it will be waiting for you in app!
Your KICRUNs will be in your app planner from Monday, 25th September. When you’re enrolling you can select the 3 days you’d like to run, so if Monday doesn’t work, you can choose the days that work for you.
Enrolments to the KICRUN Club will be open until Sunday 1st of October.
