  • How do I start my KICRUN journey?


      • KICRUN is available to all Kic members! Not a member yet? Don’t sweat! Click here to start your 7-day free trial or reactivate your membership here.
      • Make sure your Kic app is updated to the latest version.
      • Open your app, head to ‘explore’ then ‘programs’ 
      • Choose your KICRUN program: 0-5km, 5-10km or 10-21km
      • Select the 3 x days you’d like to run 
      • You’ll find your KICRUNs in your planner 
  • It's been YEARS since I went for a run, is KICRUN for me?

      Absolutely, KICRUN is for every body fortunate to be able to run! No matter how long it’s been, our 0-5km program is made for you. Laura will in your ear, cheering you on with motivational cues as you gradually build up your stamina and strength. 

  • How many runs per week will I do?

      Whether your goal is to run 5, 10 or 21km, each challenge consists of 3 runs per week to help you safely and confidently cross your finish line in just 8 weeks.

      But we’re all about running your way! So if you miss a run, it will be waiting for you in app!
