KICRUNWe’ve created the meet ups to support everyone. Whether you’re just starting your running journey or can confidentially run the meet up is for you.
Depending on the size of the group on the day you’ll break into 3 groups. Faster pace, medium pace and a walk/ run group. The distance covered is between 3km-5km.
Make sure you reach out the the lead when you arrive and they’ll ensure you’ve got someone to support if it’s your first time.

Bring yourself and a buddy if you’d like! You’ll just need your running gear but please note there is no where to store bags so only bring what you can run with.
You’ll finish up with chats and coffee.
