How you can save $100 a week on groceries!

Are you someone that hates thinking about what you’re going to have for dinner every night? Do you feel tired and overwhelmed when you open up the fridge and know you have to cook dinner?

Hey, I totally get it! This is literally me ALL THE TIME. Thinking about cooking after a long day is exhausting. That’s why I tried a 30 day meal prep challenge to save time, money and energy and now, you can too!

Below I’ve shared what we prepped for each week (all recipes are from the Kic app!) and here’s what happened:

 

  • I saved over $100 on groceries each week
  • I got back some quality time with Dalton
  • Stopped spending so much time (literally 2 hours a week) thinking about what to have for dinner each week (and arguing with Dalton!)
  • Reduced food waste significantly
