Hey, I totally get it! This is literally me ALL THE TIME. Thinking about cooking after a long day is exhausting. That’s why I tried a 30 day meal prep challenge to save time, money and energy and now, you can too!
Below I’ve shared what we prepped for each week (all recipes are from the Kic app!) and here’s what happened:
