We find ourselves being showered in compliments when we make these at our family gatherings and even more so when the prawns have been charred over the barbie. We love that this recipe is effortless yet creates a show stopping, flavour-packed dish! The prawns will only take a few minutes to cook so, be sure to have your chopped veggies and yoghurt ready to go.
We personally love having our guests assemble their tortilla first and then swing past the barbie to have their tortilla topped with the freshly cooked, hot and juicy prawns. Our hot tip is to add more lime to the prawns while they’re cooking to really let them punch a pack of zest!

Step 1
Start by prepping your veggies. Chop your cucumber, capsicum, red onion, avocado and mango. Shred your iceberg lettuce and finely chop the green chilli. Place these in a bowl with the lime juice, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
Step 2
Season your prawns with paprika and olive oil. Fry in a griddle grill pan for 4 minutes until cooked through and slightly char grilled.
Step 3
Meanwhile, slightly warm your tortillas, either in a heated oven or in a fry pan. When everything is ready, assemble the tortillas and drizzle with the Greek yoghurt, Serve 3 tortillas per person.
