We are so excited to let you know that we’ve 3 BRAND NEW Strength Masterclasses with Britt! So, get ready to work up a sweat, feel a cheeky pump and have fun! Here’s a little about what you can to expect in these new sessions…
MONDAY: ABS ON FIRE
We know how much you all love working those abs! It’s also super important to focus on strengthening your core as it will help to support you in all your other exercise and supports your posture. So grab a dumbbell and get ready for Britt to take you through a range of EMOM and TABATA rounds that will have your midsection burning.
WEDNESDAY: PUSH THE LIMIT, KIC PARTY!
Join Steph, Laura and hundreds of KIC Squad members at 5:30pm AEST as we smash out this AB-solute burner, together via Zoom! This workout challenges you to 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest really getting those muscles working with no equipment needed! But, if you want to make this workout more challenging, grab some dumbbells. They’ll add a little more resistance to this session and really push you to your limit!
FRIDAY: FIRE ARMS WITH LAURA
Join Laura and Britt for a seriously good workout targeting your shoulders. This session takes you through 4 x 5 minute rounds where you’ll complete a range of exercises including push ups, shoulder taps, overhead presses all which will make those arms feel like they’re on fire!

BREAKFAST: PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BAKED OATS
Creamy baked oats topped with banana, peanut butter, cinnamon and maple syrup. Need we say more?
LUNCH: Halloumi Chicken Fajita Bowls
The mix of spices and herbs pack a serious punch and leaves your tastebuds craving more!
DINNER: ZUCCHINI ROLL UPS
Inspired by traditional Italian rotolo, we’re using fresh zucchini as our pasta to wrap up this mouth-wateringly cheesy filling. Buon appetito!
SNACK: CHEESY BACON & VEGGIE SCROLLS
We love that regardless of your dietary preferences you can enjoy these scrolls. To make them vegan, simply sub in vegan bacon, flax eggs and your favourite vegan cheeses and you’ll be good to go.
