SIGN UP TO KIC

KICSTART: 4 weeks

This is perfect if you’re just getting started. You can expect four foundational weeks of both strength and HIIT training, designed to help you gain confidence, build fitness and progress to more challenging movements as you work through the program.

KICFIT: 8 weeks

If you’re ready to take your training to the next level, this one’s for you. You can expect eight weeks of more challenging sessions that will incorporate a mix of body weight and equipment to improve your strength, as well as higher impact movements to test your fitness.

KICPRO: 12 weeks

This is perfect if you train regularly and you’re ready to challenge yourself. You can expect intensified training with rep and duration based, AMRAP and EMOM workout styles. Over 12 weeks there will be more equipment, dynamic movements and progressive overload to take your fitness to the next level and leave you feeling accomplished.

EQUIPMENT FREE: 4 weeks

This is perfect if you’re just getting started and don’t have any access to equipment. You can expect four foundational weeks of both strength and HIIT training, designed to help you gain confidence, build on your fitness and progress to more challenging movements as you work through the program.
