JOIN THE CHALLENGEDo I need any equipment for this challenge?
All you really need is a positive attitude, a big smile and an open mind. But if you have a pilates ball, a pair of light dumbbells, sliders and a mini-band, bring them along! If you’re looking for at-home alternatives, you could use a small, firm cushion instead of a pilates ball, water bottles instead of dumbbells, socks instead of sliders and you can simply omit the mini-band! You can check out more of our at-home alternatives here.
Where do I find the workouts? How do I know which workout to do on which day?
The workouts will be scheduled for you every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the KICFit planner and you’ll also be able to them on your homepage.
If you’re not sure if you’re on the KICFit planner, you can check this by heading into the hamburger menu (top right hand corner of your app), then jumping into the KIC LOG and there you’ll see the option to choose your planner program (make sure it’s set to KICFit).
What happens if I miss a workout?
Don’t sweat it! At KIC we’re all about progress, not perfection. If you miss a workout, try complete it at another stage in the week that suits you. If you can’t manage that, no stress, simply move on and focus on your next workout.
What happens if I can’t complete the workout on the recommended day?
Again, no worries at all! Find a time that fits into your week. That is also why you’ll find the workouts on your home page and in your planner – you can absolutely change up the scheduling of the challenge workouts from what we’ve recommended. The most important thing is that you’re finding time that works for you to complete this challenge.
