During the festive season our lives get incredibly busy and if you’re anything like me, you fall out of routine and find it tricky to make time for movement.
However, I know that when I do squeeze in a quick workout, my body and mind are ALWAYS better off for it. In fact, when I make time for movement I’m actually better able to tackle the stress that comes with Christmas time.
