We can’t do much about the rising cost of living, but we can make small changes to our current habits and work with it. One such change is keeping dinner-time simple.

To whip up a tasty and nutritious meal doesn’t always require a long list of ingredients. In fact, you can keep it simpler than you think and still enjoy a delicious meal that is going to support your health.

Pesto Chicken Risotto
This recipe teaches you how to make a simple basil pesto, however if you’re super time poor , simply opt for a jar of store bought pesto and you’ll be down to only 3 ingredients.

You’ll have seen and heard Laura rave on about this dish and for good reason! This recipe is so damn cheesy, simple and delicious we think you’ll find yourself having it on repeat week to week.

Zesty Avocado Penne (VEGAN FRIENDLY)
It’s an avocado…. THANKS! Oh and they’re currently going cheap! Now, put that avocado to good use and whip up this deliciously creamy & zesty pasta the whole family will enjoy!
