Peanut butter and jam – a match made in heaven. We can’t get enough of this classic sweet and salty combo, so, we decided to create a smoothie featuring these flavours. We kid you not, this smoothie will be ready in in less than 5 minutes. It’s a perfect option for those of us who are time poor but want to ensure that we’re fuelling our bodies. If you’re in warmer weather and you’re wanting to beat the heat, we recommend using frozen banana as opposed to fresh banana as this will help keep your smoothie colder for longer.

Not only are we BIG fans of this smoothie due its flavours but we love using it for meal prep! It makes our mornings utterly effortless. To meal prep this smoothie we will simply multiply the ingredients by 4 or 5 and then pack all ingredients apart from the almond milk into individual freezer bags, so that we can simply grab a bag out of the freezer, add the almond milk, blend and go!

Your prepped bags can be kept in the freezer for up to a month.
