How do I enrol?
Make sure that you’ve updated your Kic app to the latest version, and open your app to see the mid-year challenge at the top of your home page! When you open this, you’ll see the four challenges. Choose your vibe, open the challenge and hit ‘join challenge’.
What happens if I miss a workout?
Missed a workout? No stress! Your challenge will never move on without you, so if you miss a day or need to take a break, your next workout will still be in app ready for you whenever you are.
What if I want to change challenges or enrol in more than one?
For the mid-year challenge, you can only enrol in one challenge at a time. Started a challenge and want to swap? No worries! Simply head to your ‘Activity’ page, click on your challenge and select the three dots on the top right. Then, select ‘End challenge’. Go back to your home screen and select the new challenge you want to enrol in.
When do enrolments end?
Make sure you’re enrolled to the challenge in app, ready to start on the 24th of June.
