ENERGETIC!
Why do you love barre?
I fell in love with barre because it’s a different way to sweat, move and strengthen your body. I love how it connects your mind and body together.
Who or what inspires you in your career?
Hands down my biggest inspo is Kirsty Godso – she’s an amazing and strong woman.
What three things are you grateful for?
My family & friends, my job and my life.
What do you love about KIC?
Oh my goodness, KIC is all about community! I love the strong community that comes from all over the world.
What can we expect from a KIC Barre Pilates class with you?
I like to push you to work in my classes. I want you to feel challenged so I’ve designed my classes to be fast paced, dynamic, strong and fun.
I can’t wait for you to try them!
What are your favourite things to do to unwind and relax?
To unwind I love spending time at the beach swimming and walking.
What is your 'dance like nobody's watching' song?
OMG I can’t choose just one! ABBA’s Mamma Mia definitely and Beyonce’s Run The World.
