We’ve popped together a schedule to help guide you through the next 4 weeks, however if you find this doesn’t quite suit you, feel free to change it up! You might find on a particular day you need a particular meditation to help you relax or re-focus.
The main goal is to commit to regular meditations – it only takes five minutes.

We are SO excited to meditate in May together. We hope this challenge encourages you to make meditation a staple part of your routine!
