What do you love about Kic?
I love that Kic is not about aesthetic goals, Kic and the girls really empower you to FEEL your best which I think is so important and somewhat rare in today’s world. – feeling good and enjoying your movement and meals.
Tell us about your collection in the app, why those workouts and meditations?
My collection in the app is a mix of everything – I love to strength train, but I also love a sweaty hit session and something to bring down my nervous system (especially on a Sunday evening to combat the Sunday scaries) so I’ve picked workouts that cover it all, however you feel like moving.
If there was only one Kic workout you could do for the rest of your life, which one would it be?
I’m going to say the HIIT workouts, getting a really tough workout done in under 20 mins is fab and you feel SO good after. Even if I start slow and unmotivated, I’ll finish feeling on top of the world.
Similarly, if there was only one piece from the new Kic x STAX. collection you could wear for the rest of your life, which one would you pick?!
AH this is so hard (and mean!!!) – let’s say the double-layered crop. It gives me great support for those HIIT sessions and looks very chic and ‘intentional’. But I really love the entire collection – the halter for weight training is gorgeous!
What does your workout routine normally look like?
A mix between strength training and cardio – whether that be HIIT, bike or treadmill. I love to mix things up, I don’t like to do the same thing every day which is why the app works for me when I want to try something different.
When you’re running STAX. 9-5, tell us, what does your 5-9pm look like?
I’m making more effort to have fun! It sounds silly to say but coming back from Europe (where I had a lot of fun) I realise fun was missing from my life. That means I’ve been going outside more, being in the sun, playing tennis, meals with friends etc.
Which do you rather? Sweaty cardio sesh, a powerful strength workout or a slow flow Pilates class?
All of the above!! Except Pilates, I am SO not flexible, but it’s something I’m working on!
