I had lost a lot of fitness during this long lockdown period and, as a result, I lost most of my motivation too. I couldnt run my old times or do as many burpees, so almost felt ashamed to even try! I thought Id try KICSTART to slowly get back into it and literally only 2 weeks later Im feeling sooo much stronger, way more motivated and am back to mixing up all my workouts again with a smile on my face. Clean quinoa fritters! Sooo yum!! Added some stir fry veggies, spinach and halloumi and was sooo good! Such a great quick and easy dinner once the mixture was made, would also be great for lunch the next day! Boyfriend approved too(always tricky to get him to eat vegetarian meals, but he really liked this one!) If you havent already give these a try! You wont be disappointed!
