The final countdown! Seriously, well done to you! You’ve push your body and mind through five weeks of solid sweat sessions. As you enter this final week, reflect on how far you’ve come and remind yourself just how incredible you are. We hope you’re feeling stronger, more energised and proud of what you’ve achieved. Only three more workouts to go, you’ve got this!
MONDAY: To the Max with Laura
It’s time to take it up a notch and push your body to the max! 10 exercises, 2 rounds, 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. Lower body vs Upper Body. Box jumps, Bulgarian split squats, push ups, single arm kettlebell rows, reverse flies & dips. Get ready for the gun show!
WEDNESDAY: Power Hustle with Laura
Only 8 exercises but trust us, you’ll need to hustle hard through this workout! 4 rounds, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, repeating each exercise 4 times. Round 1: Jump squats & pulse squats. Round 2: Bike crunch & Russian twists. Round 3: Push ups & kettle bell swings. Round 4: Burpees & half burpees.
FRIDAY: Body Pump with Steph
A serious upper body pump with a side of sore abs! Join Steph & Danny as you work your biceps, triceps, shoulders, core and back.
FRIDAY RECOVERY: Hip Flexor & Glute Release
Grab yourself a kettle bell and get ready to stretch out your lower body. This recovery session is great for runners as it releases your hip flexors.
SUNDAY: Keep it Mellow
This yoga class is intentionally designed to be slow moving and gentle to help you recover from all your hard work throughout the challenge! This flow will allow you to connect to your body, soothe your nervous system and enter a calm state of mind.

Remember this is only a guideline, this is your challenge so feel free to swap, tweak and adapt the menu to suit YOU!
