It’s been a huge month at Kic HQ – from new content, to app updates and spicy challenges, we’ve been busy, busy, busy!
With so many new and exciting things dropping at Kic all the time, we understand some might fly under your radar – it’s okay, we don’t judge 😉. We’ve made a TLDR of the top 4 things we’ve launched in the last month at Kic!
Kika’s Spicy Pilates Series

ICYMI, we dropped our spiciest Pilates Series to ever come to Kic. It was two weeks of 10 classes. Short and spicy. Each class is just 5-15 minutes; stack them, smash them or schedule them throughout your week. Complete each class to unlock the next – it’s Pilates on your terms. You can still find Kika’s Spicy Pilates Series in the Pilates section of the Kic app + all the classes are now available standalone too! We suggest trying to smash out the classes within two weeks for a spicy challenge.
Run widgets

Noticed something new when you lock your screen during a run? Introducing our new live activity widget for our Kicrun guided runs and programs! Whilst completing your run, you can easily see how many intervals you have left and how far you’ve run, all without unlocking your phone. We’re about keeping things simple here at Kic, so now you can just glance at your lock screen and continue your run – we love.
New Kicbump content - Mumma Meditations, Prenatal Pilates & yoga

It’s been a BIG month for our Kic mummas! We dropped 9 new mumma meditations with parenting expert Lael Stone. These meditations are here to help you calm the chaos and ground yourself when parenting life gets a bit too much – deep breath mumma, you’ve got this. For the mummas to be, we’ve just launched 8 new prenatal Pilates and prenatal yoga classes. Steph has been loving these classes whilst she waits for bub number two to arrive (any day now!). Find them in the Perinatal section of the Kic app.
Real Runners Challenge finished up!

And that’s a wrap! What a huge four weeks it was as we all managed to find new ways to run as a community. Whether you sprinted, walked or jogged, all Km’s counted towards your collective goal of 10km, 20km or 40km – we are so proud of you! As a community, we over 46,000 runs completed – so slay Kic Squad!
