At Kic, our community is the driving force behind everything we do. Without our dedicated Kic Squad, we wouldn’t be where we are today. As we continue to grow and evolve, we want to hear and celebrate the positive impact that Kic has had on our communities’ lives.
We reached out to our incredible community to discover and share the ways in which Kic plays an uplifting role in their lives.

How do you use Kic in your daily life?
I use Kic every day in a variety of ways. The Kic program and masterclasses are an important part of my morning routine. I exercise early to help me have a clear head and a happy start of the day ahead. I meal prep my lunches every week using delicious Kic recipes (hello, BLT Pasta!), and when my head is feeling foggy or I’m feeling anxious, the first place I go is to a Kic meditation.
I’ve also started running! Such a huge feat, I used to despise running but the 0-5km program completely changed my view on running. I’ve made friends through run clubs now, which is something I never would have done before KICRUN.
Would you recommend Kic to your friends/family and why?
I absolutely would (and do!) recommend Kic. It’s a one-stop-shop for everything you need to live a happy and healthy life. The workouts are challenging, but don’t focus on improving any part of your physical appearance – it’s all about wellness and self-love.
What has Kic taught you?
Kic has taught me to focus on the way my body feels and to exercise to give love back to my body, not to punish it.
How do you feel Kic sets itself apart from other health and fitness programs or apps you've tired in the past?
There’s no element of “transformation”. I’ve used other apps that have such a strong focus on changing your bodies, and highlights before and after photos. Kic doesn’t do that – it’s all about healthy, sustainable habits, and moving out of love for your body, not hatred.
Have you found any unexpected or surprising benefits or results from using Kic that you didn't anticipate when you first started?
It’s really made me love my mornings! I was not a morning person for such a long time. Getting up half-an-hour earlier and doing a Kic workout, and sometimes a meditation, truly is the best part of my day.
How has the community aspect of Kic, such as connection with other users, impacted your overall experience and confidence?
It’s great for motivation. I loved doing the Halfway Hustle and KICRUN where I know there’s an entire community hustling along with me.

Shannon has been KIC’ing it since the very beginning and has transformed the way she feels about her body and feels more confident and happy in her own skin.
Before starting KICRUN, Keely never saw herself as a runner, let alone actually enjoy running! However, despite a recent autoimmune diagnosis, having the motivation to start running has helped her journey towards proving to herself SHE IS a runner.
Alicia began her running journey with KIC back in 2020 so she could prove to herself she is a runner!
