So with this said, we thought we’d share with you one of our favourite winter porridge recipes, perfect to keep you warm and fuelled on those colder mornings.
Chop walnuts and set aside. Grate or finely chop the apple.
Place oats, almond milk and cinnamon into a pot and bring to the boil. Simmer gently while the porridge thickens and the milk is absorbed.
Stir in the honey and half of your prepared apple. Transfer into a bowl and top with your remaining apple and walnuts and enjoy!
