Meet Brooke, our HIIT and low impact trainer. With qualifications in health science & personal training, Brooke is on a mission to make the world get up and move!

Cecily

As a respected yoga teacher, Cecily’s desire & purpose is to inspire you to be the best version of yourself & navigate your life with more compassion, ease and presence.

Christina

Christina’s teachings encourage you to challenge yourself & trust your body. With a strong focus on technique & having a laugh, you’ll find joy & confidence in her classes.

Danny

Meet Danny, Kic’s head trainer! As a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, Danny has a wealth of knowledge and has been a fundamental part of Kic since the beginning.

Ellice

Ellice is our boxing guru and ultimate wellness warrior. 

Greta

Greta is here to bring you that studio Pilates burn you know and love. Greta is a ClassPass Trainer of the Year, and her training style will help help you learn exactly where to focus – trust us, you’ll feel like you have a PHD in Pilates.

Jamie

Jamie is one of Kic’s yoga trainers. Teaching in a conversational style which integrates story telling, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology. His classes include postural adaptions to suit your unique anatomy and experience level.

Karen

Karen is our much-loved, ultimate yogi. Dedicated to helping our community embrace a healthy, passionate & balanced lifestyle. 

Kath

Kath is Kic’s Dance Cardio Master Trainer. They’ve been dancing since they were 3 and haven’t stopped! Kath’s classes are designed for EVERYONE and aim to get you moving, grooving and having fun! 

Kika

Meet Kika, our pocket rocket Barre Pilates instructor who is bursting with energy. If you want to get a sweat on, look no further than Kika’s Pilates classes. She will fire up your flow and get those legs shaking, abs burning and body feeling amazing!

Laura

Laura is not only Kic’s co-founder and CEO but also your running and HIIT trainer! No matter your fitness level, Laura has a class for you and she hopes you’ll join her to get moving and feel your best.

Leo

Leo is our Bootcamp & power Pilates trainer, and Kic’s ultimate hype guy. If he could describe his workouts in one word it would be ‘spicy!’ Leo empowers others to become happier and healthier versions of themselves and feel safe within a fitness environment.

Mari

Mari is our cardio and postnatal Pilates instructor and qualified physio. As our go-to aficionado on all things pilates, you can thank her for her empowering and unique workouts. 

Mills

Mills will move your mind as much as your body. Her approach to training is backed by qualifications in mental health and movement. With Mills, it’s all about feeling strong and capable in her hybrid classes. 

Sami

Sami is a Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Counsellor, Online Coach & Kic’s match made in heaven! Her goal is to motivate + inspire people all across the world to live a healthier, happier and more confident life.

Tori

Tori is our newest gym and strength trainer to land at Kic. As a seasoned athlete and PT, Tori brings a grounded, progressive and empathetic approach to her guidance. It’s about being realistic, not idealistic.
