1. So, what is Lift?
Lift is our first ever gym program designed to help you build confidence in the gym, push your limits and achieve your fitness goals over 12 weeks.
You’ll get a fully functional program, to help you master gym equipment and machines like leg press, barbells, bench, cable machines and more.
2. How many days should I Lift per week?
Choose from 1 – 5 workouts per week, Lift is designed to fit with your lifestyle. Choose to focus solely on your Lift program or if you love the flexibility of working out at home and in the gym, pair Lift with your favourite Kic masterclasses. It’s all about working out your way!
3. How long are the workouts?
Each workout will take approximately 45-60 minutes. But… every workout in the Lift program is rep-based, so we encourage you to go at your own pace. You may need a longer rest break, or you’re waiting for someone to finish up with the equipment, you do you.
4. Who is the Lift trainer?
This 12 week program has been developed by Kic’s legendary Master Trainer, Danny Kennedy, who comes from over 10 years experience, coaching a range of elite athletes & major media personalities, helping them to achieve their fitness goals at the gym.
Steph will be with you every step of the way, with guided videos to follow. Or go at your own pace and manually check off each exercise in app. Workout your way with Lift.
