Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the oats, yoghurt, almond milk, maple syrup, almond butter, cinnamon, protein powder, vanilla extract and almond extract (if using). Stir until well combined.
Step 2
Divide the mixture evenly between four jars or containers. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 3
In the morning, top with flaked almonds and granola.
