Congratulations! You’re halfway through the KICFIT Challenge. Now is the perfect time to pause, reflect and realign your goals for the remainder of the month.
Be honest with yourself. Are you staying on track with the goals you’ve set? Or are you feeling a little unmotivated or facing unforeseen challenges??
Adam from MiGoals is here to help reignite your motivation and keep you on track for the remainder of the challenge.
1. Check in with yourself
“Self awareness is the key to self mastery” by checking in as often as possible we begin to recognise our strengths, weaknesses, motivations and feelings. As a result of this, we tend to make better decisions that help us make progress towards our goals.
2. Acknowledge and celebrate your progress
Take time out to acknowledge and celebrate your wins whether big or small. Doing this helps you build momentum and motivation to achieve your next key milestone.
3. Recalibrate and refocus on your goals for the 2nd half of the month
Be agile with your goals and ensure they are constantly in line with your values and purpose. Wee recommend you look at them often and tweak when needed.
4. Make better daily decisions
Daily decisions are what shape our future, as we move towards our goals, aim to be a little more conscious with your decision making and deliberately make daily decisions that propel you forward.
5. Enjoy the process
Work hard towards your goals, but also at the same time make sure you enjoy life too.
