Ingredients

100grams sushi rice
0.5tsp salt
1tsp rice vinegar
190grams spring water tinned tuna
15grams sriracha mayonnaise
5ml soy sauce
1x cucumber
1x avocado
2x nori sheets
80grams kimchi

Method

Step 1

To prepare the sushi rice, rinse it thoroughly until the water runs clear. Then cook according to the packet instructions, adding 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Once cooked, fluff with a fork and season with rice vinegar.

Step 2

Transfer the tuna to a bowl and add sriracha mayonnaise and soy sauce. Mix well to combine. Next, slice the cucumber into thin rounds, then peel and slice the avocado.

Step 3

To prepare the wraps, start by filling a large bowl with cold water. One at a time, submerge the rice paper in the water and let them soak until they become pliable. Next, place the nori sheet on a clean surface, then place the rice paper on top. In separate corners of each nori sheet, add the tuna, cooked rice and avocado, sliced cucumber and kimchi. Using a sharp knife, gently slice between two of the filled corners, then fold the sheet together to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and fillings. Serve with soy sauce and enjoy.
